yesterday i headed up to moms for my usual tuesday, got up there and the secondary roads were not real good, we made it to bible study, just a little late. i find it a little ironic, i am studying THE BOOK OF CONCORD with the elca lutherans:) which i guess, it’s not even taught in their seminaries any more! at least, her pastor said he never got it!!! that explains a lot!!!<\/p>\n
then back to the house for the laundry and bed making and reading… she has me reading something i would not read if it was my choice, but for her, i do it:) back here after dinner……never anything accomplished here on tuesdays, my laundry awaits.<\/p>\n
today, it’s lunch with the ladies from grace, we are going to pepe’s this time, then i have a meeting tonight…. i asked all of the ladies that are setting communion this year, to be there…………yes i am now the head of the altar guild at grace. ..i took it over from a lady that had been doing it since the beginning of time!?!? no really since grace started, back in the 70’s ….i’ve been making calls and i have every sunday covered for the year 2010:) after that choir practice.<\/p>\n
this sunday is going to be a reunion of sorts for all of the people who left st. michaels in hebron….. we are looking forward to a new beginning for all of the people who have not been attending…. we are planning on going back to support their efforts and praying God has great things in store for them as a church family.<\/p>\n
