this weekend was filled with family, gathering around great-grandma… first dav and whit spent friday night here, we were on skype when they walked in, and enola came and sat on my lap… eliza did not know what to think! it was almost like she kept touching the screen and fussing and it was almost like she was agitated, i don’t know what was going through her little mind, but she wasn’t very happy… not sure if she wanted enola or is she wanted her to be off my lap!!!…so we said goodbye!
\nenola got to take a bath and whit blew some bubbles for her, i had never seen this done, but it was the coolest thing! she soaped up her hands and made a circle with her thumb and pointing finger and blew bubbles! here are a few pics of the bubbles…..

headed up to stephs to see UA and A, we had a houseful, all my kids (that live in the states:) erik and his boys and aaron and rachel……i brought dinner up there…i cooked up a 10 lb pork loin and we had a roaster full for sandwiches, tammy made potatoes and bread, and we celebrated joshua’s birthday with cake and cupcakes….i’ll post those on his birthday… yesterday, steph and i left all the kids and we went to stephanie brittons baby shower, it was great to see all the friends from st. michael days, but bittersweet too… we all miss what we had together and it always just makes us tear up when we have to say our goodbyes.. til who knows when… <\/p>\n

i’ll have to write about enola and great grandma when i can…………. simply amazing and touching! this little girl doesn’t know what is coming to rock her world!!! she is pretty attached to these two:)<\/p>\n

can’t thank steph and elden enough for opening your house for my family:) thank you so much, for letting us invade your house, for the weekend… i love that grandma got to be with all the kids and grandkids and she adores all those little ones:)
\nwe skyped with shel and james and eliza so grandma could see them, she liked that… when shel said “goodbye grandma, i love you”, it just really got to me.<\/p>\n

susie thank you too… for the meal brought in, you guys are the best! and i feel like i need to apologize for not letting you know, they were all coming, so you could stop in and say hello…………. i was pretty overwhelmed with the last minute plans, overwhelmed, but thrilled, to have them all come, i just wasn’t thinking and i would have loved for you to see them all……………. it’s hard for mike and me.. .with having both sides be sooo big, i feel like we need to rent a hall, if we were all to be together!!!
