She is survived by children, Melinda (Charles) Cronwall, Frankfort, IL, Rebecca (Barry) Connors, Andover, MA, Christian (Peggy) Elser, LaPorte, IN, Stephanie (Elden) Hildebrandt, Hebron, IN, Verna (Mike) Vandercar, Lafayette, IN, and Edward (Kathi) Elser, North Augusta, SC; 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, sister, Elsie Lou Canterbury of Chicago, IL and brother, Frank Rourke of Carson City, NV. Her husband Albert, 1 brother, 3 sisters and a great granddaughter preceded her in death. She was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 14th from 3-8 at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E Commercial Ave. in Lowell. Funeral Services Thursday, 11AM, with viewing from 10:30 until service, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 99 S. Co. Line Rd. Crown Point, IN.
