burnetts creek
kids were on a field trip, creek stomping…. i had no idea there was a place so close like turkey run, i’m surprised more of the university kids don’t hang out here..maybe they do?!!?
the monument
some of the graves are near this monument
we are enjoying checking out the history of tippecanoe county
when we lived in battleground for a few years we spent so many hours exploring that park! love it!
Love that place – did you read the stuff in the display case next to the monument? That area has an insane history. The prophet told the Indian tribes that he had a vision that the bullets couldn’t hurt them.
