some friends of ours called and asked to take us to lunch at nine irish brothers, we haven’t seen them in 15-20 years, we had good conversation……………until they asked if they could share something about family…. the news they shared was downright mean… why do extended families have to have strained relationships, sometimes…. mine included:) my suggestion was if they can’t bring anything good to your life, then step back, and when things can change….. maybe things can be different than what they are experiencing now
