nope, got a letter from our mortgage company and seriously mike and i have always had adjustable rate mortgages and they have always been a good thing for us!!! new rate for this mortgage 3 percent…crazy 🙂 whats crazier is the taxes are not even 150 dollars a year! we heard the taxes on our old house in lake county are up to over 4,000!!! i love this little old house:) i guess that’s how we justisfy spending so much on gas:)
