been having a strange pain in my left breast and left back, have lived with it for 5 days… then my blood pressure went pretty high and i got scared, called the doctor this morning and they couldn’t get me in til afternoon, i was scared so i had mike bring me to the ER ….ran a bunch of tests and found nothing to be alarmed at…. conclusion i am suffering from stress and anxiety….. wonder why!?!?!?
going to the doctor tomorrow, think i will be taking a break from here for a bit

the doctor said stress and anxiety! i think with how long this all has been going on, it finally caught up to me, he said he could give me something for it, but i refused…. there are too many things i can change myself before i resort to drugs! I CAN DO THIS!!! with a pep talk from luke and shel and cori, i know i need a few lifestyle changes:)
